* High season nightly rates: midweek $625, weekend $665. Weekly rate $3,750 * Low season nightly rates: midweek $520, weekend $550. Weekly rate $3,150.
There is a $25 nightly charge per person over 6 guests.

Events: 20 people or less: $750 plus $295 cleaning fee. 20 to 50 people: $950 plus $350 cleaning fee.
